The OVR.Posef type is used in several method calls to the Oculus SDK.

It contains a rotation and a position, but what the rotation and position means depends on the method in which it is used.

For example:
In the OculusWrapDemo-DX11 project, the OVR.Posef type is returned from the call to hmd.GetHmdPosePerEye(...).
In this case, the OVR.Posef.Position shows the position of each eye.

For an explanation of the methods and types, I would recommend that you look for the description in the Oculus SDK documentation, I'm sure they will do a better job of explaining it, than I can :)
